Hi Everyone! It’s Katie & Page here and we just want to say a HUGE thank you for checking out our site. We’d love to take a moment and tell you a little bit about The Hollywood Spin. For those of you who may not remember us, about five years ago during our freshman year in high school, we successfully owned and operated kidsETnews, covering Hollywood from a younger perspective. The overwhelming success of the website was incredible. We had over 500,000 hits in just a few short months, something we never expected to happen to us. You may have seen kidsETnews on the red carpet interviewing many of your favorite celebrities including Khloe Kardashian, Vanessa Hudgens, and Selena Gomez. We even caught the attention of FOX news and filmed an awesome segment with them, which you can view here. It really was quite an adventure being only 15 years old and already being more successful than some companies that had been around for years trying to do what we were doing. While kidsETnews was an absolutely incredible experience and brought us more opportunities than we could have ever even imagined, high school became a little bit overwhelming and we had to focus on what was most important – our education. Now let’s move forward about five years, it’s 2015. We’ve graduated high school and have successfully completed our first few years in college. It’s clear, though, that we both know there is something missing from our lives. We miss the flashing lights, the red carpets, and all the Hollywood glam. That’s where The Hollywood Spin was formed. We know that incredible opportunities and new friendships await us and we couldn’t be more excited to start this journey all over again. We are passionate about blogging and reporting and are certain that this is meant to be a part of our lives and future careers. We have created The Hollywood Spin as a place for our readers to connect and stay updated with all the new happenings in Hollywood. We hope that you enjoy all of the content and exclusives that we are able to bring to you. I try not to think about how much money I spend on concert tickets every year. There are just some shows that are too good to pass up.
