It has just been reported that Emily Osment’s debut album will hit shelfs all across the country on March 9, 2010. Emily describes the album as “definately pop, but with an alternative-rock edge. It’s music you’ll want to play with the windows rolled down.”

The record will be produced by Matt Squire who was worked with such groups as Panic! at the Disco and Boys Like Girls. Emily will participate in writing most of the songs on her album, and is said to be collaborating with Tom Higgenson of the Plain White T’s and Max Collins and Tony Fagenson from Eve 6.

Look out for Emily’s new song “All the Way Up” to be debuting on Radio Disney this August. Also, look for an accompanying video featuring the boy band Push Play, to be realeased later on this year.
